We want to respond to parental queries at the earliest opportunity, however, the majority of staff time is taken up teaching and preparing for lessons. Responsibilities extend beyond the classroom, and we may be unable to respond to you on the day a query is made. We aim to respond to you promptly and wherever possible, within 2 working days, with a view to action your request within 5 working days.

To report an absence please contact the College on 01489 892 256 or via the appropriate year group email address.

To contact the Pastoral Team (head of Year & Deputy Head of Year) for each Year group.

Please address all correspondence to an identifiable individual in the subject of the email, either by name, or by position eg Tutor 7R6 or Head of History. Please complete the email with your own name and contact details.

There is dedicated email address for each Tutor group. Your child’s Tutor Group is shown on the SIMS Parent App. To contact your child’s Tutor simply preface @swanmore-sec.hants.sch.uk with the name of their Tutor group, for example:

We will notify you if your child is selected to represent the College at a fixture. We ask that you give permission for your child to participate and tell us who will be collecting them by email at [email protected] or by telephoning 01489 892 256.
