How can we use our individual fitness (agility, balance, strength and power) to be healthy and succesful?

Overview

In this unit we look at how we can use our individual components such as agility, balance, strength and power to create competent sequences of movements in activities like gymnastics. We will also understand and gain knowledge in how to develop these over time using a training plan in the Fitness Suite.
