This Literacy Week's theme is Literary Heroes and Villains. Pupils will have related tasks, including quizzes and other school-wide activities, during their lessons throughout the week.

All pupils and staff are invited to dress up as their favourite literary hero or villain on World Book Day - Thursday, 06 March. Pupils will be awarded ICC points for taking part, and there are prizes for the best costumes. Anyone not taking part will be expected to wear full school uniform, please. Who will you dress up as?

There's also a Readathon for pupils in Years 7, 8 and 9. Details will be released soon.
