In this unit we will develop our understanding of the main factors when looking at improving our running for speed, distance and throwing for accuarcy.

Consistent action that reaches its intended target

Agreed outcomes to be reached by a performer
Strength
The ability to overcome resistance, four types; Maximal strength, static strength, explosive strength and dynamic strength.
Power
The product of strength x speed.
