Year 6 Transition

At the beginning of the Autumn term, Hampshire County Council issues a guide to the parents/carers of Year 6 children which outlines the procedures involved in moving to secondary education. Parents/Carers are issued with an application form at this time.

Our Published Admission Number (PAN) is 270.
