Learning Mentor (Part Time)
14 hours per week – term time only (39 Weeks).
(8.15am – 3.15pm x 1 day and 8.15am – 4.15pm x 1 day a week)
Hours are not negotiable and are to be worked on Thursday and Friday
Salary: - HCC Grade C FTE £24,405 - £25,430 Actual £7,899.36 - £8,231.04
This is an exciting part time opportunity to join our innovative and dynamic Learning Support department to start as soon as possible as part of a Job Share. This role will suit anybody who wants to develop their career within SEND to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities/learning difficulties. There will be an enhanced requirement to work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, and to provide advisory support to teaching staff to support pupils’ learning.
A comprehensive induction programme is in place and training is always on-going.
