Performing Arts Technician

22.5 hours per week – term time only (40 weeks)

Salary: - HCC Grade D FTE £25,628 - £28,326   Actual £13,672.32 - £15,111.72

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, creative and organised Performing Arts Technician to join our Music Department and to support our Dance and Drama Departments.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provide technical support and assistance to the Music, Dance and Drama Departments including events and within lessons. They will also be required to oversee the use of, and maintain, the school’s recording studio and PA & Lighting equipment. They will need to have flexibility to support the college with technical requirements for college productions and concerts which can include occasional evenings and weekends. Some knowledge of working with musical instruments and band equipment would be an advantage.
