This is a huge Inter-House competition; some games have already been played in PE lessons over recent weeks, and some scores have already been entered.

Pupils in their PE lessons have been playing Softball and Rounders matches in their Houses and the scoreboard leading into Sports Day currently looks like this:

• 1^st Place: Whittle                               
• 3^rd Place: Hawking/MacArthur                        
• 4^th Place: Attenborough                  

Details of timings, events, staffing and facilities will be shared with all pupils.

All pupils taking part should come to College in their Swanmore PE kit (please note that shorts must be mid-thigh in length). If the weather is hot, then please be prepared by bringing hats, a refillable water bottle and sun cream.

Lists of those pupils taking part can be found displayed in the PE corridor in S Block – pupils need to check this; if they are not on the list, then they need to go to normal lessons.

There’ll also be a sports quiz taking place during Tutor next week.
