Seeking help and support
Sometimes it can be hard to initiate a conversation about mental health, and sometimes our thoughts and feelings can leave us feeling alone. Please know that you are never alone, and there is help out there waiting for you, no matter the circumstances.
It can be hard to know where to turn in times of need. This is why we have compiled a list of helpful websites, services and telephone numbers for anyone who feels they need support.
We also have an email address that you can use if you would like to talk to someone on the Wellbeing team about how you are feeling: wellbeing@swanmore-sec.hants.sch.uk
