Lost Property
We have many items of unnamed lost property at pupil reception including coats, shoes, uniform and water bottles. If your child has lost something, please ask them to come and look through the lost property in pupil reception. Anything not claimed by half term will be donated, as we do not have room to store it all in school. Please ensure all your child's belongings including clothing and equipment are named, as we can then return anything that gets lost directly to them.
Year 11 Revision Sessions
We are hoping to run revision sessions for Year 11 pupils during Easter and May Half-Term but we’re just in the process of obtaining availability from teachers. If staff are available, these sessions will run during the first week of the Easter Holidays and on 27, 28 & 29 May 2025. Further details will be sent to Year 11 parents/carers in due course.
Driving Through Puddles
Please be mindful and drive carefully and slowly along New Road and surrounding areas, particularly when there are large puddles at the side of the road. Some drivers are hitting these puddles at speed and passers-by are getting splashed, which has resulted in pupils arriving at school soaking wet.
Knock and Run
We have had reports of young people knocking on doors and running away in the Bishops Waltham area. This behaviour can be very distressing for elderly people, particularly as it is happening late at night. If you live in this area, please discuss this with your children and remind them that this sort of disorderly behaviour is inappropriate, and they should report it if they see it happening.

SHCG T Level Parent Information Evenings
These Information Evenings are designed for parents/carers and pupils in years 10 and 11 who want to learn more about T-Levels. The events will be held at Southampton College, Eastleigh College, Fareham College and CEMAST. Each evening will begin with an introductory presentation from the Vice Principal, followed by a tour led by Curriculum Directors and Lecturers. During the tour, attendees will receive detailed information about work experience, structure, highlights, and possible progression routes for T Level courses.
Whilst the Vice Principal presentations will be similar at each event, the tours and T Level subjects vary by college, so if you are interested in more than one college, please be sure to sign up to more than one event. If you wish to attend these events, please use the links below to book your place.
Wednesday 5 February, 5.30pm – 6.30pm - CEMAST
Thursday 6 February, 5.30pm – 7pm – Fareham College
Wednesday 12 February, 5.30pm – 7pm - Eastleigh College
Thursday 13 February, 5.30pm – 7pm - Southampton College
Please note: You will be prompted to select which subject you are interested in from the T Level subject list. This will determine your tour and lecturer presentation.
Steve Willis Training Open Evening
Steve Willis is holding an Open Evening on Wednesday 19 February 2025 from 4pm to 7pm at their Porchester Centre.
